Locked Up Rc has introduced a new CMS(chassis mounted servo) kit to the market. This is the most complete and adjustable kit ever produced.
The Pro CMS Kit gets rid of any old hang ups you may have had with past other kits offered on the market.
What's the same:
Familiar servo placement
3 link setup
Panhard bar
All inclusive

What's different:
Adjustable servo mount to accommodate different wheelbases
Heavy duty axle mounted pan hard bracket
Optional Gunnar beef tubes designed specifically for this kit
Optional zero Ackerman pan hard bracket and pan hard bar

Notes:
This kit is a bolt on option but also requires some knowledge for modifying parts and simple hand tools and drill to achieve full functionality and adjustability.

I've been running this kit for a few months and it has proven to be the best CMS Kit I've ever used and I've used most other brands produced and always ditched them after lack luster performance. This kit has made me a believer in CMS kits and confident I can get the performance needed to put my trucks on the podium and look scale at the same time.

When installed the kit is clean and very efficient. Perfect link geometry no matter your settings.

The panhard axle mount is one of the biggest improvements over other kits. This mount utilizes the existing two screw holes and then adds two more with an internal backing plate the mount extremely secure. The kit includes a drill guide to make the modification a breeze. You also have the option of special Gunnar beef tubes that are made for this kit and threaded for the screws to give you the weight and strength option if desired as we did.
Here's a look at the clean axle mounted upper three link mount.

You can see here where the real adjustments that make this kit above the rest, come into play.

There are options for mounting the servo posts to the plate to change position. You will also notice the new holes drilled in the frame rail. The servo mount has multiple threaded holes that allow you to shift the bracket in the chassis to accommodate almost endless wheelbase choices for those custom scale builds that may not be the standard lengths. Simply use the bracket and provided drill guides to mark your holes and proceed. I added a couple holes from the beginning so I could make adjustments once installed knowing my setup was gonna be custom for the build. The panhard bar is also adjustable by swapping sides of the mount for the bar.
The pan hard bar and drag link run parallel and horizontal with each other making bump steer non existent and servo performance optimal.

I run VP 8* Cs and knuckles for zero Ackerman steering so we mounted up the optional longer pan hard bracket for the best performance.

On the gunnar tube for the panhard mount do you cut out the plastic for the flat spot on the tube? IM assuming yes?

Since I've had my kit as a tester, I modified a set of normal tubes to check out the idea before production moved forward with Gunnar. I will check on that for you though.

I have been thinking about picking up this CMS for my Deadbolt. Just haven't pulled the trigger on it yet. Nice write up and install.

I ran it in class 1 at a scale comp last weekend, which is not at all ha the rig was intended for, but it performs so well. Landed 1st place and the steering absolutely works flawless and zero issues with suspension travel or steering throw. Also had plenty of room left to install a servo winch up front

You'll want the extended panhard mount and bar. It will work but you'll need to drill the tube to accept the panhard bar but the kit comes with everything you need to accomplish that.

That what i thought and i have tons of those from tamiya builds never thought of using them..
i can understand to even at high speed and taking the abuse,at least with the brass bearing they won't explode like regular bearings...cool..."thumbsup"
