Getting closer to done. Blade is mounted and is moving. Some finishing touches and the plow is ready for duty.

I like the 6x6 with scx10 its a kit u can get go put the two wheels on the back???

to make a 6x6 with axial axles you will need 4 axles. the front and rear axles are pretty much stock. the middle axle is actually two axles (output sides) put together to create a pass-through. (note that you need to flip the rear axle upside down to account for the reverse driveshaft rotation coming out of the middle axle.)

if you wanted to simply add another axle to the rear of an scx10 i'm not sure how you would do that. a separate tranny/motor driving that one axle maybe? a transfer case and long driveshaft routed over the middle axle and down to the rear axle?

To prevent the blade from shifting left and right I made a derlin cross brace. Holds it firm but still lets the blade tilt on the corners, for those uneven roads. I also got the servo I'll be using to angle he blade mounted. Its getting close!

Almost done. I need a longer servo arm to get full swing on the blade. (I may pick up a solar 772 to get some extra power for cheap). I also need to add some stops so when the blade is a full right or left tilt it has something to hold it in place. I also need to lock the rear axle in place since it isn't steering now (using that channel for the blade tilt.)

Maybe I'll even get a chance to try this in the snow soon!

A few more pics.

That thing is the SH!T Jeff, Nice work!

Looks great, now come plow my driveway : p

A few fresh packs and I'll take care of the driveway! If you have the snow climb this year maybe I can make it out and bring this one along.

I am sorry if it is mentioned somewhere in this build thread and I missed it, but I am curious what this beast weighs.
Very well done!
