Idaho Crawler Picture Archive

new here...!

I'm going to try to make it out there to check out the course. never been in a rc comp but it looks like fun. hope to see and meet all of you out there...!

Any north idaho guys gonna post here? Looks like i may be the only one posting a north ID rig here, but not until my new Losi 2.2 arrives in MAY! Any one else going to pick one of these (hopefully) bad boys up?

Gee there must not be too many people on here from "The Gem State", unless they just dont wanna post their rigs.....anyways heres mine nothing special but its my first rc crawler and im hooked! "thumbsup" Its a tamiya cr-01 and running the toyota land cruiser body, novak rooster crawler, stock motor, hitec 645mg servo, no cantilevers, stock trans, axles, wheels tires etc...... i have no idea on the clearance measurements. soon switching to a tamiya cr tuned 35t motor, axial wheels, pro-line flatirons, traxxas shafts, bent links, and a few more mods anyways, onto the pics.....

That's cool stuff! I should do a body shell painted totally in the stuff and call it "The Predator"... active camo!

Newest rig. Traded the axial for it, but it is headed out the door sometime soon.

Spent some time with Eric at RC hobbies yesterday and decided to come on board here and see whats up.
Torn but leaning toward the Losi 1/10 when availiable.... may be a few months to save up the pennies but damn.... looks nice!

anywho here is my 1:1

Yeah I recognized your login, and am thinking that I will be wanting to hit a comp to check it out. Only problem is when I dive into something I go all out and loose all reasonable thought process. I mean crap look at the toyota! When is the next comp and where?

they are going to have a little fun crawl thing this weekend in nampa at team dewey hobbies. its at karcher mall in nampa.

SRCC COMP MAY 31st Come and play at Team Dewey on Sunday the 31st. Its their anniversary play day. We will have a small rock course set up on a 20 foot car trailer with dans bridge of death that we used at Jeffs house. They will also have other rc events going on so bring all your stuff! We will tech at 12:00 noon. Probably have to run one course at a time and then set up the next. Hope to see you there.
