How to stop tyres stinking?

Hi, I got a few crawlers, and I like to keep them on display in my house, but the tyres stink bad and reek out the whole house. they get water inside them and it goes rancid and smells putrid.

Has anyone found a solution to this short of pulling apart the wheel and drying it after every play in the mud?

Are there any sealed tyre/wheel combos? I dont even mind if performance suffers slightly, as long as i can get rid of that dreaded stench.

Thanks

Remove your foams and wash them out with hot soapy water and let them fully dry before reinstalling them.

Part of maintenance of your crawler is after you take it swimming is to clean and dry your foams.

If you do not want to go through the hassle every time you get the truck wet, glue and seal your tires to your rims. Do not vent your wheels or tires.

OK I tried removiing the tyres but I ruined them, time for some new ones. Is there a sealed wheel tyre unit, or some kind of sealed beadlock that doesnt require glue?

Thanks

water shouldnt be to big of an issue unless the water is what is stinking. To get water out just drill a few vent holes in the outside of the tire then make sure you have closed cell foams (dont hold water). with new tires i always send em a few rounds in the washing machine to get rid of the factory smell and wear em in slightly

Vanquish SLW wheels don't have any venting holes. With new tires they're airtight!
