Hittman's Dlux Berg Build

Where is your link mount? Pic on your build thread would be helpful

if you look under the newbie section for the new to berg/dlux build you will find some pictures,,
'but not any great off this problem..'
I have been trying to mount the upper links differently but no luck so far..

If you are talking where they are mounted at the chassis? Then this pic will show it the best. From the beginning of the thread, but it hasn't changed.

hello,,I wonder if you had any troubble with the space for the shock in the front on the gearcase side??
my 3.5" velvet coated kyosho shock is not able to mount on the innside off the linkmount,,and I see all the others buildtreads that you and they have managed to get the shock mounted on the innside..

No sir. No trouble mounting them in the inside. But the diameter size difference between the scx/rcbro shock is significantly different than the kyosho velvet shocks. I also have my shocks mounted quite wide at the chassis side too.

Life has been crazy busy!! Currently working out of town, so I don't have much time to mess with the rigs or post up much. I'll catch up this thread now..

Have had two comps since I last posted. Had to miss one due to being sick, the other, I got 1sr, but still wasn't too happy with my performance. The rig is doing fine, the driver, eh:mrgreen:
I am still very happy with every component of this rig. There isn't really much that I would like to change, I just need to start focusing more. I have been losing my cool over the little mistakes a lot more lately and it has hurt me.

Anyways, scores from the comp:

Got my dlux 7075 cases installed last weekend. Awesome quality. These are about double the weight of the delrin centers, but the strength gained will be worth it (not like case strength was a problem before). Machining on these is top notch!

The anodizing done by Lattice Innovations is top notch as well! The color is very nice. Great depth in color. Very happy"thumbsup"

Yo brutha, that is ridiculously Sexy!

Purp tells me a story one day.. He was picking on my colorless black/CF rigs..
Says he can be dead last in a comp and he is remembered cause of his colorful rig.. To where I could take first, with my boring, blah rig and no one would remember it..

Here, you combined both and will never be forgot! :)

I got to get me some color on my Dlux superlites, when I get them! ;)

Buggy is sick looking loving the color combo...

Thanks bud

Gracias amigo. My sporty rig is converted to all black with just blue highlights.. This rig is my flashy rig. So I guess in purp and your disagreement, I have the best of both worlds in my two rigs.

Red superlites would be the shit!! The red g10 Erik uses is beautiful. Would be a bad ass combo.

That poor girl looks thrilled to be there... :ror:

Yeah, not many people had very much fun that day:ror:
