F350 Dually and gooseneck trailer

Unfortunately, the buggy won't be going on there. The scale is way off, and it will kill the whole look for me. Your Jk is a lot closer to scale and is more passable. I have a tundra build that will look great on there though. Did some work tonight. I have a cool plan for some videos though. The trifecta effecta! Stay tuned.

sweet dually. any build thread for it on another forum?

Hey guys, well I never started a thread for my dually on crawler, so I'll pick things up here with the new addition. I've wanted to make the dually a tow rig for a while and I found a whitebone trailer for the right price, so I pulled the trigger.

The Trailer was red though and that wasn't going to work, so I stripped it down (electronics and suspension) and sent it to LUE (Mattzilla) for powdercoating. He's still working on some parts for me, but here is the start. I also pulled all the decking off and put some poly on the wood. I also upgraded the wheels to semi wheels with rc4wd lowriders. This will be a great tow rig and my Tundra should look right at home on here as well as some toys! Here's the pics.

Thanks for looking.

Bro your Rigs are awesome man

Uggh, today was my build day, but my 1 yr old's fever crushed that last night. 2 hours of sleep equals no build time. This setup is next in line. Subscribe to the thread and hopefully I can salvage some time this weekend. Thanks for looking.8)

Update! It's about time!!!

So today was one of those days when everything worked out perfectly! Here's the pics.

I had to mount the axles. I couldn't fit a leaf spring setup like I wanted to. For now, it will just have to be a solid axle. I'll see how it rides, and may make the mounts float a little. There's just no room for things to move around and still look scale and clean.

The trailer was red before I had it powder coated...hence the axle mounts being red. They're black now.

The tolerances are tight, but worked out nicely with the new lowrider tires and semi wheels.

My powder coater managed to break off the ramp mount. I had to make a new one.

The trailer will be it up as well. Marker lights.

My helper, showing me his trailer! Got to love him. He's working on a smaller scale build!

Thanks for looking. I should have a nice update tomorrow!

It's getting there Travis. I finished the wiring and it's now lit up. Tomorrow I'll get the deck down and ramps mounted. Stay tuned.8)
