Yes they do, but it is set waaaaaay to low and not adjustable.

Nevermind...
Just finished reading some info on this TX. The 3rd and 4th channels are not adjustable. It would be too much of a pain in the arse manually setting up the steering. Could be done...but I'm too lazy.

They have one thats for crawlers that allow 4 wheel steering and crab, etc, but that's ALL. $80.

Rx's are $30.... not really an improvement in price. Very vague on features....well....more like nothing at all.
