I'm going to try and break away from packing to head up to palmar park on Monday around 5:30PM... I got tired of not having enough time to finish my hummer so I changed directions on my project to a wraith cage with SCX-10 Axles and trans. I just don't care for how wide the wraith is. Let me know if you want to try and meet up.

Hey Guys..I finally broke down and got myself and my son crawlers.. My son has the new Mad Torque and i got the axial wraith.. Been tearing up palmer park until they closed it from the fires..Found a cool spot to the north of the park that is open to crawling still that is right off the playground at palmer park and academy..Want to get some comps going here in town..Any one interested in a weekend get together for some crawlin in da park? Give me a shout or shoot me an email...

You're referring to trails 7, 8 and 9... Classic spot. Caaba and myself found some sick trails up toward the stables as well but I probably won't be doing much crawling until I know all my friends and family have a place to stay and are safe.

This place is at the offices at palmer park, I think the address is 6750. Just to the north of the play ground.Go down parking lot to very back..To the right,behind the offices is a huge out cropping of rocks...Not sure if its part of the park system? been there twice now during business hours and did not get ran off..Great little place to rub the rust off the bearings..Maybe in a week or so when they get these fires out and re open palmer park we could get a group together and tear it up..Hopeing everyone is safe from the fires.. Not sure where trails 7,8 and 9 are but would love directions to check it out after the world stops burning..Thanks fo da info..

Cool..Cool...looks like i'm off till the 5th. But we came across a little snag..im still waiting for my wraith to come in ( should be here Monday) hopefully the fires out here did'nt mess up the mail system too bad. And we went up to that spot north of the playground and broke the steering knuckle on the Mad Torque. Sooo... we are waiting for the parts to come in for that as well..:sad:We might be able to get our poop in a group by Tuesday for a run..Still trying to figure out how to post pictures?? any help would be awesome ( not sure if i can post photos yet?) I have a old Associate RC 10 with a monster conversion kit i use to run when i was younger..Wanted to post the pic. to give everyone a good laugh..."thumbsup"
