Those rules are there to discourage scammers from instantly posting bogus ads to screw some trusting people out of their hard earned money. You can see the feedback section so go check out the VERY few negative transactions in there and compare that to a forum with un-regulated classifieds. Personally I've spent $1000+ on items from the RCC classifieds and never had a transaction go bad. In my book that's worth waiting for.

You can get to the classifieds either way you choose, but not by 30 B.S. posts. Posts must be legit posts, and not a bunch of "cool truck" posts.
I've deleted several of your posts, and I'll be keeping an eye on you. Posts should contain legit questions, or tech info.

If they are anything like "Cool", "nice truck", ""thumbsup"", etc, etc, those don't count as "useful" posts and will be removed from your count.

Once you've been here for a while you won't be scrutinized as much.
