Channel allocation on new SCX24 HRZ00015 ESC/Receiver

So I did blew up my stock ESC/Receiver (don't ask me how) and I spend the last 2 days looking for a new one. Turns out the SCX24 Jeep is the only one with a HRZ00015 ESC/Reciever and neither this one or the AE-06 is available online outside the US currently.

I found a great working, cheap ESC that works with stock electronics by bypassing the stock ESC and only using the reciever part on channel 2.

Now for my question: my HRZ00015 doesn't have a channel 2!?

Is there anyone out there with the new HRZ00015 that uses some kind of other controller and can tell me how to hook it up without this channel 2?

Thank you!

You cant.
since there is no throttle channel output, it is limited and cannot work with an external ESC
This is part of the reason the FlySky FS-GT5 is the cheap transmitter I use.
Well that and the micro receivers that make builds so easy.

Just buy a turbo racing setup for under 40 bucks. They’re on crossrc. Small rx/tx.

To specifically answer your question: the new HRZ ESC does not have a ch. 2 output, I believe because it was originally intended as a quadcopter ESC that has been re-purposed. I've found a manual for a Flysky 4s-GHP that seems to be identical to this new ESC: https://static1.squarespace.com/sta...032/1596012411528/FS-G4P+英文使用说明书+20200619.pdf
Notably, the "training mode" this manual indicates you can use (but which the SCX24 manuals do not mention) actually works, which further reinforces that this is the appropriate manual / repurposed TX and ESC.

The new HRZ-00015 ESC is an enormous improvement over the AE-6, to the point that if you are sticking to a brushed motor, I don't think its worth it to add an external ESC anymore.

Demo of a completely stock JLU with new electronics: https://www.reddit.com/r/SCX24/comments/sef8iw/scx24_v2_esctx_demo/

In depth comparison video of old vs. new electronics, including a comparison of old electronics + external ESC's vs. new ESC: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ROAQpEZvRg

New ESC is exceptionally quiet with much better low-end throttle control and MASSIVELY improved low-end torque. BUT if you intend to go brushless, you just need to 100% commit to a new esc/tx/rx combo.
