"Blue" another new guy with a spawn

I get that for sure. I haven't totally decide on what tires I want to try out. There are sooooo many to choose from. I'm sure that is a thing, and I'm sure I'll be one once I start trying some.

Ok good, I'm glad I'm not the only one.

I like the fuel cans on the side better than on the rear.

Me too, they were only on the rear because of a lack of a better idea at the time. I plan on a rear spare at some point if I can come up with a good idea on how to do it.

Nice. I just hacked my spare tire mount off on the Spartan Buggy. I just posted new pics.

Well today I ordered a new servo, cc bec, cc link, and hh bec connector.... and the wait for goodies begins. Also have a package of goodies coming from The Crawl Space with some parts as well. In the meantime my attention shifts to tires and foams...

In case you were unaware I am not setting Blue up strictly as a crawler. I'm going more for a U4RC/Recon G6 style rig. So without further ado let the debate and suggestions roll in.

I really like the look of the Pro-Line TSL XL. I don't think you can go wrong with those. A really good all-purpose all-around performer. Not as grippy as the Hyrax, but you don't want too much grip with U4 right?

For foams, Pro-line dual stage and/or CI DDs."thumbsup"

Foams, DW all the way, the DD will not be firm enough, BUT. Eddie at CI will tell you right.
I also like the tsxl 's

The Mighty RC gods smiled down on me today, all my parts I ordered showed up early and all on the same day!!!
The Crawl House items

Castle Creations stuff

All important Dean's connectors and Holems Hobbies Bypass

Last but not least the reason for the whole order Savox SA-1283sg Digital Coreless Servo

Here we are with another Blue update. Please excuse the jumbled mess of wires that look horrible in the front. I have not arranged them yet and put them in there rightful place. I plan on making a fuel cell to cover the receiver in the rear.
