Made a mistake and bought a Capra transmission thinking it would work on non portal axles. So since it's geared high I thought: t-case. So I disassembled the trans partially, to see what makes it tick. Well dig on any trans goes to the back axle of course. This however would defeat the Rwd/4wd of this "t case, as the input is on the wrong end.
So I took the case and drilled out the backside, where the end of the input shaft normally goes to, and drilled it out with a 5.5mm drill bit. After that, I flipped the shaft to face the dig side. To eliminate the dig, I unscrewed the metal dig plate and flipped it over. Reassemble and done
This could also be used as a line lock the front axle while letting the rear do a burnout.
