Here's the run down....I made a trade with JtsYfz450. He had great feedback and screwed me BAD! Karma is a Bish man, what goes around comes around.
Mancave, and TNCRAWLER both hooked me up with rigs for a great deal. I think they felt bad about the first trade I had done on here deal and GOT SCREWED (HOPE YOU'RE READING THIS PAL you know who you are kid.)
The agreement:
I would send him My Artr G6 and AX10 for an RTR Wraith with SEMI built axles. He was getting the axles in a trade from a friend. If the axles weren't up to par he would send his built axles that he valued at $4-500.
We were both supposed to ship Monday May12th I think ( I can check and verify with my txt messages) I was hospitalized, so the deal was changed to ship USPS 2nd day priority Wednesday May 15th (again I believe) I sent tracking. Nothing. Then Lie after lie. I shipped, my wife shipped, it'll ship tomorrow you name it. Finally he "got the axles from his buddy" The deal was then that he would ship me alum upgrades since his friends were 100% stock. So he shipped. (I told him on Thurdsday 5/29/14 it needs to go 2nd Day USPS because I'm going out of town for 10 days Monday 6/02/14. He ships UPS ground. Box arrived 06/03/14 after I left. I had to send my brother to my house to get it. He said after I shipped and he had traded my G6 to his friend for the axles. Then he said he just realized his servo was stripped so he was sending mine back. ( new airtonics 427 oz servo.)
I get the box, its a hacked up wraith. Chassis is zip tied and super glued together. No servo, beat a$$ RTR glued wheels and tires. The RX case is ziptied together. RTR radio is all jacked up. The buttons that adjust trim etc on the back were "smashed down" under the surface of the radio. The drive shafts were rusted and missing grub screws. The axles were stock as mentioned. The bearings and insides of the housing were rusted. There were screws missing. 3 axles shafts were bent. One rear lock out was cracked. One axle housing was stripped where the lock out slides on. The gears were worn, There was WD40 in the axles and allover the inside of the box. The trans output shafts were mangled. The rig was just overall beat badly. And of course no servo at all much less my new airtronics servo.
I let him know this was BS deal. He argued he said "them axles seemed fine when I sent them." After telling him what and how bad of shape everything was in he said he'd fix it he but was broke. He stated that he paid for the aluminum axle upgrades at the LHS and they were on they were on the way to him. Then oh I'll send you my built axles. Then he supposedly ordered the aluminum axle upgrades at a different LHS. Then he had to sell both his built wraiths to pay bills. ( then more lies, he kept forgetting what he was telling me through text I assume) Then he said the rain in Alabama was preventing him from working as a equipment operator. I said ok I'll give you some time.
Last Wednesday 6/25/14 he said he got BOTH wraiths back he was gonna send me a box Friday or Sat.He did send me a pic of one of the Wraiths that he said he wass sebnding. He said he'd send pics n a couple hours. No pics, no text, no box a week later. He hasn't responded to txt or calls or voicemails.
I was patient because I was hoping to get anything I could. It appears that isn't happening. I have pics of what I sent, what I got, and what I was promised each time he changed the deal.
He was nice enough to include the A$$ end of a dead roach. Thanks pal.
So thats twice I've been royally screwed on here.
Anyone else had dealings with this joker? I'll post pics of what he saen tonight..
