I'm gonna try as hard as I can as long as funds allow me to fix my rig and get the Jeep road worthy again right now my water pump took a crap and have death wobble at 55mph

I'm trying to make it. I'm damn short on scale items (10 required right?), I don't have a tow strap (I got some extra combat boot laces laying around, they look like rope and can damn sure pull some weight) or a winch. Really it will come down to if I can get a replacement ring and pinion set in time, since I won't be able to order until the 14th. I'll take anyone that wants in my 97 Saab 900se Turbo, my highway star should cut down the drive time :twisted:

Good combination. ..fxr is good as well just not waterproof. Be careful with that new found tq it'll snap stock dshafts easy.

Well I traded off the cc01 and got a scx10 roller with a nice motor along with stock esc/w bec and axial servo....not bad . The CC01 was fun for about a week. Then after debating on cutting it up to do SAS I figured I'd just go to ol' reliable and slap the unimog body on and shorten the wheel base.

Few hours waterproofing and resoldering, link mod, dshaft, body mount etc... I came up with this."thumbsup"







It's slightly monster truckish..but considering it has wraith length shocks on it doesn't do bad. I still want to lower it down though with shorter shocks or make a shock relocation plate.

I got the flash points off Unit719 to see what all the hype was about and......the jury is still out.

All in all I'm much happier with the Mog for now...:shock:

It had been a long time since my son and I had been out crawlin', so we decided to head out to Palmer Park (8 & 9) the other day. We brought the Wraith and the TJ scaler and had a blast. It looks like there's a whole new crowd of crawlers since I was into it. Hopefully we can meet up with y'all sometime! Here are a couple of pics and quick videos shot with my iphone:
