2015 AZ Summer Shootout June 5th-7th

Updates?????

Sorry for the delay, I was trying to upload all my pics to Photobucket...

If you want to see the winners, scroll right to the end, otherwise, enjoy the TEAM DEBEAD/Borderline Crawlers trip to Arizona! "thumbsup"

We headed out Friday morning from Southern Cali into AZ

A dust devil crossed the road, trying to stop us from making it. We actually did miss our turn because of it LOL Oh well, it was a short detour through Wickenburg to get back on track.

But we finally made it to the Prescottonian Best Western and waited for the 2nd waive of Cali drivers to join us.

It was raining a little bit in the afternoon when we made it to the comp site for some practice and "long time no see" greetings

But sunshine and rain made it a wonderfully picturesque afternoon.

Joel found a new friend on the morning of the comp while we waited for some tech to get done.

Saturday was a beautiful day to be on the rocks, especially when BLC teamed up with BYB to make the ultimate pit shade!

A comp ritual consisting of devouring Peanut M&Ms took place and the comp was ON!

BLC got together for a group photo

Now a little after comp fun at Bill's Grill!!!

Joe the bartender made some "mistake" pours so we ended up with at least 6 or 7 free beers and cocktails. Happy hour started at 8 and beers were only $2, so it took us a while to leave!
I enjoyed a vodka, orange soda shake and a free vodka cream soda cocktail after a few beers - man those were good! "thumbsup"

Thank you to everyone at the comp, we all had a great time and see you all at the next one!

Big thanks and Congrats top drivers!

Wow those are some great pictures of some good times Lisa!"thumbsup" Thanks for posting them up. Way cool. After party was on!

Thanks KJ and organizers for putting on a great comp and rocking some way cool trophies, Fistful of Dollars style"thumbsup"

NARCCA at Prescott never fail to deliver a challenging comp. WTF was up with the 66F weather on Friday afternoon.......totally awesome. So much for all of our bitching about how hot it was going to be.

Congrats top drivers on jobs well done. Way to Gents! Get some JRock!"thumbsup"

All in a all a phenomenal 850 mile road trip crawling weekend. Can't wait for the next one.

Just got home safe...had a great time
with great people and great weather.
Many Thanks
KJ and Jessica
and the whole NARCCA Crew
Congrats JROCK ...that was an amazing weekend of Crawling!

I had a great time at this years AZ Summer Shootout, connecting with old friends and making new ones. KJ and the boys put on a great event!
The G6 courses Friday and Saturday night were great and Trail Class was a blast. We had a lot more drivers then signed up so I wasn't prepared with judges but the AZ boys stepped up and helped out where they could. Next year we'll be better prepared and have plenty of judges on hand to get everyone through in a timely fashion.

Thanks to everyone for all your help and to everyone for their patients throughout the day.

Brian

All I can say is WOW what a great time in AZ once again. Would like to give a huge thanks to NARCCA, RCP Crawlers, All sponsors who help keep our rigs on the rocks and everyone else who helped make this off the hook event possible"thumbsup".
