Was yours a RTR or kit? I hear the RTR servos are proprietary.Has anyone found a nice match on a quality axle for these?
I finally got my gaz66 and the frame rails and body honestly aren't bad, nor are the tires, but the motor and stock "servo" need to go.
Yeah, I read that too. Also the mechanism doesn't allow the wheels to turn fully left and right up to the hubs' limits. Not only have i heard they are proprietary, they are also not proportional iirc.
It looks like the Rc4wd 1/18 Yota II axles would fit. Or just buying the 1/18 Gelande and putting the Yota body on it.

Yep, also ebay/paypal reimburses you the lousy $9 for the one that doesn't show up. I'll take that bet. 8)
Welp, the $8 C14 RTR from ebay apparently was not legitimate. I'm shocked, SHOCKED I say :lmao:
This morning I received an eBay message that the seller got booted off ebay. After that I put in a request for a tracking number because the order showed as shipped. A few minutes later ebay refunded me instead, so that's the end of that.
Looking at the other ebay listings, I think there's a chance that the ones selling for $10.XX could be legitimate. One of those sellers received a positive feedback for the sale of a C14. I may take a shot at that one.
Well, My $8.49 (Green) has been marked shipped. Estimated delivery Thursday, Feb 1, 2018 - Wednesday, Mar 14, 2018
That is a mighty big shipping window.
maybe they are hoping I'll forget about it by then?
So no one has ID'd some replacement axles yet? The gelande is much too small, and the mrc is FAR too wide.
This 370 planetary is too cute. Hope it works.
