wheely king tube chassis

I'm building a tube chassis truggy using crawler king parts what and I don't know what to use steel rod or tube or steel rod for main frame and tube for cage back-half which would be best welding or brazing
 
It really is up to you. Tubing is lighter but not quite as strong. Solid rod is stronger but heavy. The Ck axles tend to be fairly weak so lighter is better in my opinion. As for brazing vs welding, depends on your equipment and experience. Brazing is cheaper to get into but not as strong and welding can be rather ugly at times. Hope that helps.
