Hello!

Been reading the forums for awhile just never posted.

Building up a scx10 with curries front and rear. Going to be using the proline jeep rubi body. Wanted to see what people are using for hub width with their jk. About to order some method wheels and would like to get some proper hubs with them also.

Thanks in advance.

Are you using vp 8* knuckles? I would use the narrowest that will fit. 475 is the narrowest that fits those knuckles.

x3, the 475s are the best fit with 8* knuckles. The 350s can be used but cut it extemely close.

It's also not unheard of to run the rear slightly narrower than the front, 475 up front and 350 out back. I ran a similar setup on my Yeti without issue.

Yes will be running the 8* knuckles, should of mentioned that. Great information everyone thanks!

I run 225 but I'm using vp wraith scale knuckles. A lot of room there.

I'll be running the 475 now with all this input. If I have wider hubs laying around I'll put those on with some wideload decals :)

I don't know if u have ordered anything yet but another route you could go is xr currie width 225 hubs and vp scale c hubs and knuckles. And be pretty close to the same width. The smaller the hubs the less stress on servos and bearings and with the scale knuckles they stop your steering at 48 degrees so u don't stress and break your uni's or cvd or whatever shafts u run.
