Really digging your rig bro! Looks great! I don't have the DSM strap, but made my own for very cheap. It works amazing! Allot faster then a winch. Not very scale tho. I wanna see someone with a 1:1 crawler stretch out a big bungee strap to help pull them up a climb. LMAO! Wonder if you would get winch points in a comp for using one??? Used mine in this video https://youtu.be/k5ZJJ00XUDE

how did you make the LP? looks nice

+1 on the black hood with or without the black roof. But use black paint with a truly matte finish. 1:1 guys do this to keep sun from glaring off the hood and into their eyes.

your advice worked out pretty good "thumbsup"

Well, still waiting on Spring to get here! So while I wait, I made a license plate and got it installed.

Also, bought a DSM Offroad V3 Self Recovery System. Haven't had a chance to try one of these yet, but I have seen them in action and have heard good things about them. Hoping to try it out soon!

Thanks! I made one or these a few years ago, so I believe I originally used:ACME License Maker

Once I saved it to my computer, I used Windows Paint to resize it. I then printed it on regular white printer paper. I cut it out and used a spray adhesive to attach it to a thin piece of aluminum. Once it was attached, I sprayed the plate with a couple coats of clear. I used a piece of 3M 2-sided tape to attach it to the bumper.

On my original plate I made a few years ago, water eventually seeped in and smeared the lettering. So there may be a better way to seal the water out. On my next plate that I make, I might try to print on vinyl (If they even make that for an inkjet printer).

New sport body showed up , thinking white main color with black trim .

I added the inclinometer guages to both my Defender and Bronco. Pretty cool little feature! Took maybe 20 minutes to update the firmware on my radio and both ESC's. As far as I can tell with the shop tools it's pretty darn accurate.

Got out for a little run on my trails to test and tune with all the new Samix brass components. Diggin it"thumbsup" Very stable side hilling and the front end is like velcro on climbs! It was a bit greasy as you'll see in the up close shot of my tires. Made for some fun slippin, slidin, then grabbin traction on the rocks.

I've also slowly but surely been finding more rocks throughout the yard as I cut in trails and features. Nice little pile to add to the collection when I start finishing and cleaning things up this Spring/Summer."thumbsup"

This is on a Bronco platform, correct? I’ve got a Bronco slider that I bought almost a year ago, still untouched, and have been deliberating over getting a clear Sport body+Expedition package for it. Either that, or get the new Sport kit, and then do something else with the slider. I had previously planned to mount an Axial Cherokee XJ RTR body on it, but the thrill has sort of passed.
