What did you do to you SCX-10 today?

I finished instilling my lights on my Jeep G6.

New to RC and started with this PSC JKUR RTR. I did a lot of upgrades, but after a couple of months, for whatever reason, it started to bug me that it looked like so many other silver JKs. So I decided to get a new JK body and try my hand at painting it. It's definitely not perfect, and I learned some lessons for future builds, but overall I'm happy with how it turned out for a first try.

Fabbed up a new battery mount for it. Simple L brackets I had laying around, used existing holes and no cutting or any modifying needed besides placing the rx box in the rear. Easy sleazy!!!
And now I have a forward battery, but it's much lower that the stock honcho position

Underneath shot
. Used a small strip of hockey stick wrap to prevent the battery from sliding. All free to me!

Finished my light bars, home made. Installed the Big D's Upholstery canvas top w/ sunroof and detailed the fuel cell.

This past Weekend:
1. Installed a new RC4WD Warn winch.
2. Made a winch controller out of an old Traxxas 2055 servo board to controll the new winch.
3. Installed new Mud Slinger 2 XL 1.9 Tires on new Gear Head Sixer wheels.

Found a lot of rocks!

And snapped the snorkel off... again.

This little Jeep continues to impress me every time I take it out.
