What did you do to you SCX-10 today?

This was couple nights ago but mounted a Rock Armor bumper and a Bulldog winch. How did I mount the Bulldog you ask? Made a custom jogged 2mm allen key.

Since the Treps are terrible out of the box, I decided to give them some more bite. I'll install these on some bead locks, and get firmer foams as well.

I got my lights all set up on the G6. Head lights, tail lights, parking lights and driving lights on the bumper.

Light buckets for parking lights

And light buckets for head lights, made from the reflectors of Mini mag lights.

So today my club had a KOH. I ended up over heating my motor so bad one of the wires desoldered itself. We also had 3 or 4 more people burn out motors.

Replaced stock links after beating the piss out of them
Replaced stock servo horn
Replaced the plastic bushing in the servo

Mostly stock, but gets the job done and hasn't failed on me yet besides a motor wire coming lose :)

Toyota 4runner classic wheels with IROK'S that only have been ran once. Just installed, Gear Head Sixers with Pitbull Rock Beast's. CI foams in all of them. Re-oiled and serviced the shocks and spooled up a new winch line to the servo.

I put new wheels and tires on my Trail Honcho. Here are a few pictures of them. The tires are RC4WD Irok 1.9's, the wheels are cheap Axial beadlocks, and the foams are made by a local guy, Matt (66sprint6). I really like the way the truck looks. On the performance end, I can't really tell if they are an improvement over stock. They sure aren't any worse. Time will tell when I actually take it out for a real run. It was worth the effort and cost just for the looks.

I finally got myself some plasti-dip and water proofed my axial ae-2, my CC BEC, and servo (only did grease and an o-ring for the servo).

I had to go back and touch of a couple areas that didn't get coated when I dipped it, but it's good to go now.

No pics but I started work on my XR10 Steering mod. Got the Hubs bolted and the cross link made up. Just waiting to see if my birthday brings some universals and it'll get finished and installed!

Got in one last winter crawl i my buddy's basement. Found problems with stock radio/receiver; replacement ordered. To add insult to injury, my Honcho decided to become a pre-runner, threw the front shaft.
