What did you do to you SCX-10 today?

Re: What did you do to your SCX-10 today?

Finally finished my wraith interior drop in.
Changed the winch line.
Finished a friends Rubicon, too much to list and it's not "to your" lol...
Then took the two Rubi's and the G6 outside around the drive(snow)way a for a few minutes of wheel time on video..
Will post some pics (maybe the video) later after the football game.

Added some snow chains along with light bar and fenders. Snow chains worked awesome

Got back to work on it today.

Changed the firewall and sides of the dash. I also started adding some detail to the center console and got the front inner fenders done.

Made a cross support for my rear shock towers and also found an old serov laying around so managed to get a rear winch put in. I think if I get a winch for the front it will have to be a scale winch. Don't have room up front for a servo winch. I have to figure out how to upload pics to photobucket from my phone

Not just today but the last couple I have finally finished up my body mounts, sorted my steering setup (diy chassis mounted servo) finished the plates to mount the esc, receiver and battery.

Spent a couple hours today driving it (first time not just in the living room) and learning what I need to fix and added lots of rash and cracked paint to the body. Now I get to move the battery and finish building my bumpers.

need esc and receiver to come so i can waterproof them and be done!

went for a fiberglass or sheet metal jeep body for competition rather than one with a windshield and doors

G6 Kit:Tamiya Silver/Tamiya black undercoat
HItec HS-5646WP servo
Traxxas titan 21t
Axial AE-2 ESC
G-Made Sr 02 steel wheels

Added some white rc4wd scale shocks and white rc4wd 2.2 wagon wheels with 1.9 super swampers stretched on them onto the dingo and painted the windows black on the JK

Checked the email like 4509 times to see when my gaggle of parts will arrive.
I think I took my sig too literally. It was meant to be funny, haha... not funny, I think we need an intervention.
Crap I should have ordered those bumpers I seen... Be back later.

Oh I just found a cure, well maybe just a bandaid.. It's called "out of stock" !!!!!! Really like the look of that rampage recovery jk bumper... More searching...

I installed my RC4wd tire carrier for the XJ body it's quality is amazing and looks great also. I can't wait to order some sliders and a front bumper from them.

Made up a simple rear bumper for the g6 kit with a couple of machine screws, nuts, and a plastic bar from the light rack tree i didnt use. oh plus a couple spacers to keep the body from dragging when dropping off 90's. and of course the stock plastic frame brace.
