VooDoo KLR Trail Spec Tires?

Anyone have any imput on the VooDoo KLR Trail Spec tires vs the standard KLR tires? How does the pink compund compare to the red compound of the standard KLR tires? Was looking at possibly trying the Trail Spec tires in the pink compound.

Seems ol twatman must have ticked off his Chinese manufacturer enough they stopped making his tires. Different manufacturer, different compounds.
