usps shipping label printing HELP!!!!!!!!

I'm trying to print shipping labels so I can pay with paypal to ship instead of out of pocket. So everytime I fill in the address, add the weight, add the value it then shows a box and says get pricing. I click it , it says processing then bam. Internet explorer has stopped working. WTF am I doing wrong? I've been trying for almost an hour ugh frustrated!!!

It's paypal. I was having problems with it too. Just go through USPS site. You can pay with paypal.
