Traxxas 2075 Metal Gear Set

I'm sick and tired of breaking my 2075 flimsy servo gears so I tried to find a replacement meal gear set. I know that a specific Savox servo has the same fitting meal gears as my 2075 , as well as a Futaba, but I haven't found that one. I'm about to order a bunch of parts from RPP, but they don't have the Savox gear set... What they do have is a Hitec metal gear set that looks identical to the Savox one, and, ultimately the Traxxas.

I can buy the Savox set from Amain, but I just want to order everything from one site. So does anyone know if the Hitec set will fit as well as the Savox set? Thanks

Junk with metal gears..... Lemme think traxxas parts at 5.00 now metal gears at 13.00
Could have bought a real servo by now with all the parts dollars spent

Ya that Traxxas servo "works" but if it's breaking or too slow, buy a good servo. I was thinking might be Hitec 645 gears that fit...and that's what you listed. But I've broken 645 gears couple times too.

X2, buy good new servo and maybe make servo winch out of the 2075 or use it for 2-speed.

Hitec HS-7950TH is a great servo. Little cheaper and pretty good is Hitec HS-7955TG. "thumbsup"

7954 hitec is a good cost water resistant Servo for 65 or so. Or in the low budget Servo range the arrma red Servo has metal gears and is about 200oz for 20 bucks
