The next Scale 4x4 Event in Augusta Georgia

Lake has been at 330.3 - 330.5 over the past week.

If you guys saw the video from March 10th the level is about the same.

As of now 75 degrees and Devil's driveway are both under water 2/3rds of Escalator is buried. Portions of the 1.9 scale courses are under as well.

Still enough exposed rock to have fun and lay out courses.

i have a question, can you run the same truck in both 1.9 and 2.2 classes just with different wheels? also if i was running stock tlt wheels would that be legal in the 1.9 class or do i need to in large them to 1.9 with a bigger face? thanks

Hey just found out about this. Should be able to make the event"thumbsup"

Need to stop flying and find some rocks. I'll be bringing a Stryker to this event also:twisted:

Can't compete in both classes by changing tires. Rig has to be the same as it went through tech. I went through tech as a 2.2.
I swapped for 1.9's and ran but just for fun. Made me build a 1.9 rig for this one"thumbsup"

Crawlers, boats, planes......this ought to be fun. Gotta get that fiberglass work done on my boat.:x

Lake level is at 329.3 as of 3-26-07 10:55 pm.
Finished up my scale 2.2 truck for the comp.Since my
other crawler is called Crazy Horse(Purple Bronco),I had to come up with a
name for this one.I think this truck is his distant relative,(got both chasis from JIA) so I came up with Blue Mule.I will post pics tomorrow.
specs are,
Blazing Blazer chasis
Wheely King trans with 9/72 32p pinion and spur.
Integy 55t motor
Extended Pede shafts
Wheely King speed controller
Locked TLT axles with HPI MT2 stub axles
Front leaf springs/rear 4 link
TLT shocks
JR XS3 27 mhz
Wheely King wheels/Geolander tires
Pro line 1970 F-100 body painted blue(per the name)

hey Mr. Canada;

Are you bringing your sweet mobile lab again?

If yes, please put me down for a spot, I will pay you in poutine and maple syrup. (Eh)

Rene

PS thank you soo much for last time.

Hey John,
I have 8 planes now"thumbsup"
I'll bring my boat for some night cruising.

Should be fun,
P

Don't make me count mine 'cause I don't want to know.

I hope to actually run some at this one. I took a full-time job with RC Driver, Fly RC, and Robot magazines ("thumbsup") and have to move to CT by August so, sadly, this will be my last event at Pointes West. :-(

You and me both. I took all the running gear and engine out of mine tonight. Hope to get all the damaged parts here before June.

Hey JIA,
congrats on the new Job"thumbsup" Don't forget us little guy's here in the South.

I guess will need a lab just for the AC feature:twisted:

Take care,
P

PS Might bring the Gee-Bee with Evolution 26! Wonder if that patch of grass is long enough?

 I doubt that patch of grass is long enough. You'd have to cut the grass at the edge of the bank get-r-down in time.

Oh yeah guys dont forget to get a rally car up and running. Its going to be a just run for fun type deal but gotta keep the power plant 17T and under. Maybe Roy can keep up going for comps there.

So how many people are coming? And what classes are you running
Shaun (yota) 2.2comp/2.2scale/1.9/ and boat
