Thought some of you guys might like this.. Just finished up this Hilux exo a few weeks ago for a guy in the OZ. Unpainted, joints unsanded and the body is my mock up body, his body has different front fender well cuts and that's why the fenders don't match up to the tubing.

Don and Spencer are doing big thangs on the 2.2 scene:mrgreen: I think they just finished up there seasons a couple of weeks ago. As for Tone I'm not sure, would be cool to see him at the next event.

So I bought new wheels and figured I would give Pitbulls a try. Are you guys that are running them using the supplied foams and did you vent them? The guys at Rc Country said they didn't vent theirs, but of course everyone does things different.

I think Eric, Mike and Jerry run PitBulls and I think Eric is using the stock foams could be wrong tho. As for venting I would, it takes a lot of the bounce out of the ride especially if you have a real tight bead. What you can do is vent the rim, if you don't like it you can just put a small piece of tape over it to close it up, then remount your tire.
leen, i nrun pitbull tires,they are great,i'm going to run a new pair on sunday, i run proline wheels which are all ready vented,yes vint them,i also run a different foam then the ones that come with them,thay are to soft,i run a harder black 1.9 foam,i get from my freind,i'll find out what they on sat ,i'll see if i can get some on saturday for you"thumbsup"
Yup vent your rims,I'm useing Crawler Inovations closed cell foams they made a big differance.

if you have a heavy rig 7-8lbs range than you definitely want to run stiffer inner foams but i think they are the best tire on the market for class2 rigs"thumbsup"

I want to keep it real simple and competitive if I end up buying something else, but even mini's it seems like, need a good chunk of money put into them to compete...

You can definitely run the TF2 in class 1 in my eyes that is the perfect rig for this class. TF2 was my first choice for class 1 but had to stick with a budget build. Hope to see you at the events.
