Team Carnage Crew's KOH 2010 chassis build

I have to first off say thanks to the RCC family. We had sseven guys in the shop working all day yesterday and we got allot done.

So thank you Kris, Grizz, Tim, Jason, you guys kicked azz and got allot done for us thank you.

For sure, thanks guys for stoppin by to help out, was very much appreciated.

So does this mean its ready for the lake bed??

Like Aaron said we had 7 guys there all day yesterday going all different directions.

It isn't ready for the lakebed yet, but it is headed that direction.

There is still alot of stuff to get done, here is a list off the top of my head. Lots of interior panels to build still, body panels all need to be done, fuel system needs to be put back in, front axle needs assembled, needs driveshafts, steering system needs plumbed, some minor brake stuff still needs finished up, and it needs to leave town on saturday.

Stopped by on my way home from "La Chit Hole" (work) and WOW!! This thing is so badass!! Everything about it is just amazing, the thing looks fast as fawk just sitting there!! I didn't get to here it run because Jason was finishing up the wiring that was routed under the fuel tank so it had to come out...
I still got a qweezy feeling from the pic of Doyle's finger... yuck! Hope they can save the digit bro!!

I hope to get to come by before you leave town and at least see it before it gets all dirty and scratched!

More interior panels were done today, fuel system is done, front axle just needs me to weld caliper brackets and pack bearings, shafts are done just need to install them, steering system is all plumbed except for one line, brake lines are all done just have to tighten all the fittings one more time and bleed them. we will leave on sat on way or another.

Couple more interior panels, still needs side panels, fuel system is done, front axle is done minus welding the caliper mounts and packing bearings, driveshafts are done, one line left on steering, brake system is all plumbed, will fill and bleed it tomorrow.

Keep stoppin by and I'm sure you'll see it. Doyle stopped by on his way home from the hospital, they had to cut his finger off. He's left with about a half inch stub on his right middle finger now. Sucks big time!

Wheres the updated pics
Hell been too busy for pics. :ror:

Doyle is my co-driver, he got his hand caught in the giant belt drive of a vac truck yesterday. Mangled his right middle finger and broke his ring finger. It was bad enough they had to amputate his middle finger off, only about 1/2" long now. :-(

Damn, that sucks about Doyle's finger. I hope he heals fast.

Glad to help on the rig guys, I wish I could have done more to help out. If all goes wrong this week and you need help Saturday doing any final stuff I'd be happy to help again. The car is so badass........

Hopefully you will be on the road this weekend and getting in that practice for ass kickin time next week. :afro:

I stopped by the shop an hour ago, Aaron, Jason, and Kris were hard at work. I was amazed at how much more was done since I was there on Saturday.

I forgot my camera, but had my cell handy so I snapped a few pics.
