Tamiya CR-01 Picture Archive - No talking

Here's mine with a few different looks.....


Here it's sporting the Radio Shack Hummer/Truck.......and several different shock combos I've tried on it. I ended up using the stock Highlift shocks with the stock coils and it works really good like that.

Sporting the NewBright TJ....ROCKCRAWLER edition body....I just detailed the cage and interior with some sharpies and got rid of the ugly Blue cage and seats....Hilift shox....hi clearance lower arms.....rok lox....etc

It towers over my SCX YOTA......LOL...

I'm thinking about painting up the Axial CF 100 body...it might look cool on the CR01. I'd also like to build either a Unimog or a Tamiya Bronco body for it as well.

This rig is fun with just a few minor suspension mods.....and then add the Rok Lox for traction and clearance .....

scale looking yamaha raptor quad,
a few Led lights,
home made winch,
2 battery setup,
Hi torque servo
and water proof casings to keep things dry.

here's mine posing on the almost finished drifter.

it just needs a new body, drift tires/wheels and the stock motor from my truck. it will stay stock so my CR is getting a pretty badass Trinity motor in the future!
