Sonoma County Crawlers

Blu: Yep, under the 101 on the 23rd.

nick: The surf-n-turf deal sounds like fun as well! New R2's are delayed, not sure how long? Missed this one earlier, depending on the lexan bend, just bend free hand. If it need to be exact, then use a vise. Shouldn't need to heat it up.

Bryan: Give me a call! Need addy and time to show up!

All:
The original link in the the first post for this weekends event had wrong directions to the comp site at Folsom.

Here is the directions and link to get into Beals Point, from there you will have to follow the intrusions to get to the comp site.

The Comp Spot B is on the way out to Doton's Point (If you don't cheat and drive across the beach to Doton's). If you are driving on the road, there is a T-intersection that you have to make a right to get out to Doton's point which is our normal comp spot. This one you would just continue straight through that T-intersection to a parking lot which is right there. From there you should be able to see all the rocks straight ahead and to the right a bit.

Here is a map showing both spots, Doton's (lower right) and the comp spot for this weekend, top center:

Folsom Reservoir Website with written directions to http://www.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=500.

Folsom requires a $5.00 entrance fee to get into the park.

That was a LONG day! But, what a blast! Everyone from our group had a great time and most did really well. We're still waiting for the final scores, but we're thinking Bryan may have won the whole deal!

AWESOME JOB BRYAN!!! "thumbsup"

Yep, once the scoring mistake is fixed, it looks like Bryan is the clear winner!!!

I got 5th????? I mean, WOW, I GOT 5TH!!!!! Peter took 7th, Frank took 10th, Lance took 15th (maybe 14th depending on the tie breaker).

AWESOME job to all our guys! 5 inside the top 15 is sweet! Well done everyone!

Not bad for a bunch of guys who crawl on "artificial" rock ...
