Thanks Guys, it's been fun! These Comps have been a blast to host and watching you guys get better with your driving, better with your rig setups, and more confident overall, has been awesome!

We'll start up the Comps again soon! I was thinking about having a test and tune day as well? A day when we set up a limited amount of the courses, and just wheel and tune rigs. Also, I'm seriously thinking about (un)organizing something (un)official for under the 101? (An unofficial, official comp)

Anyway, congrats to Lance for the win yesterday in the Comp class! Brand new rig, first time on the rocks and he pulls off his best scores ever! Also, Peter keeps on lowering his scores each comp. And Freddie rips up the courses with 2 negative scores!

Thanks to Anthony and Ethan for the great judging.

And lastly (for this post anyway) THANK YOU to everyone who has helped out with the Comps. There's way to many people to list out, and I would hate to forget anyone, but the awesome help makes these comp possible!

Happy Father's Day everyone!

For those who made the comp, could you please post up a few words on the comp thread? Just trying to get some after the event posts so the guys that are reading but not attending might think about it next time. Thanks!

To Jake and all that made the comps happen THANK YOU !

Had a good time at all of the events can't wait for the next series. I think you now have proven that if " YOU " build it we will come.

Series final standings are posted up on the site.

For awards, I decided to go with a plaque for every driver that competeed in the series, instead of the usual 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. I hope those guys who finished in those spots understand .... I just thought it was cool to have more people get something for participating in the first ever Sonoma County crawler comps!

Jake, you are the man! I had a great time in the series, I really appreciate you hosting it all as I'm sure everyone else does too! Can't wait till the next set comes up.

New parts coming soon! Yes, we have the new Axial cvd style axles due in soon. And, a bunch of new 3 Racing parts coming soon too! More Slingshot chassis on the way as well.

Hey Petaluma Guys, how about someone checking out the rocks by the Marina? Anything good there??
Theres some good rocks but its like a couple feet from the water, more like a levee. Im still looking to make one outside somewhere maybe a deserted field theres a lot of those in petaluma.

Wow, congrats to all and especially Lance on your first win. I new you would do it! Jake it looks like it was a great turn out. Thanks again for putting this together....wish I could have been there, but watching my daughter graduate was priceless..."thumbsup"

WEll, I got to have a little fun today, I had a job in Ukiah, and i was always curious about this spot right off 101 before you hit Hopland. Pretty nice, lots of Granite and Quartz boulders, rock fields as you follow the river, just really nice, tuff stuff. Too bad it's an hour out of town, but it's fun terrain, and you can dunk your feet in the river when you get to hot.:)

I hear they are doing construction at the bridge on 101 and it looks like that crawl spot will be shut down for awhile .... Keep your eyes open for new spots guys!

Chris, is that Squaw Rock?

I'm not sure of the name, but it's probably what you local fellers call it.
I just know it as that "big ass rock off the highway" But you sure cant miss it. I have to go back to Ukiah on Monday, so I'll definetley be making another stop.

yeah,it's Squaw Rock,do a little walking around and you'll find really cool places to crawl around, and having the Russian River right there makes it nice on hot days.We stop by there when where on our way back from Cow Mtn. to wash the dirt off.and look at all the girl's in there bathing suit's..

Looks like you guys had a great time last weekend. Sorry I didnt make it to a single event :-( Maybe next time!
