Hey,
I finished most of the tube work,and have cleaned up the brazing,looks allright .:ror:
I've put it together,guna throw some electrics in it and try it out before i go any further. I got a day off work,so going to try it out on my backward course.And its raining ,so it'll be nice and slipery,:ror:.
Ill try and take some pics,but its pretty dark and gloomy.

Till next time.

Thanks Rckcrwlr,i just got to recide what electrics to run in it now.
It gets very expensive,getting hi end motors and ESCs in New zealand with the exchange rate and all,you may as well double the 'US' price.

But thanks again.

Sweet! Good to see it coming together"thumbsup" How do you the like driving characteristics?

Thanks mate,yeah its coming together nicely,got to tidy the wiring,do something bodywise on the rear,trim a bit where the tires catch on the sides of the bonnet,and paint tubework.

Ive tested it alot,crawls very well,quite stable,and can climb well. 100% better than standard. Real happy with it,:mrgreen:

Running a Tekin FXR,CC BEC,and a 45t motor on 3s,goes well,not real fast,but fast enough for me,and plenty of torque . Dont think ill bother with blushless for now,goes well as it is.

Mite get a hand wound motor for it,and some proline 2.2 TSLs when my work picks up.

Over all,i love it .

Happy newyear everybody.

Anyway ,havnt done alot to it lately,just driving her,and painted the tubework grey.

But im after a suggestion for new tires?
Got Losi Claws on her at the moment,and they work ok,but are worn,and a couple have tears in the sidewalls,so are due for replacement.

Im thinking either;
Losi comp claws(as the claws work)
Proline 2.2 TSLs,
Proline Chiesels,2.2, or;
Pit Bull Rock beasts;
Not fussed ,either comp or scale tire,but one that works,and a bit taller than the claws.

Any other suggestions?,or choices from the above?
