HEY, I NEED a tuber. My chassis fab skills SUCK!

I've been amazed by the evolution of both truck and driver.

It kicks *** seeing something totaly unique win with a realitively new driver behind the wheel.

Good work, you got my respect.

I really apreciate that comment. I know that that wasn't a fluke winning that comp. I have driven my butt of since BP2 and tuned this rig till it did what I wanted. I have never felt so one with a truck before. Now if I can just get a 2.2 to do the same. I was all exited about getting the yellowjacket back untill I mesured it and found out that it's .75" short of making the minimum height requirement. I may "just raise the roof" to make it legal, but after building BADD a tuber I think I can build one better. I like the Mirage but I think it will be up for sale in a little bit....................any takers?

holy hell batman! great lookin super, ill have to keep this in mind when i build up a clod.

Well I'm getting a little farther into the improving of this rig. Scored a set of Tekin Rebel 2's last week. So with alot of reluctance I removed the tried and true MOPEDs from there home of the last 8 months. My servos came alive with 6volts and now 10 amps to draw from. And as luck would have it, my wife in a freak cleaning accident managed to fry my battery charger today so I used the guilt to get my hands on an Electrafly Triton JR charger. So the next logical step for me......more cells. I have quite a few of the Mcnair 4500 C's laying around and with the added voltage cappacity of the TR2's and the charging system it just makes sence. I'll start with 8. I think that will be plenty but I can go to 10 with the TR2's. Stay tuned.

They say practice makes perfect, and it's scary to think of how much drivtime you must have in that thing...

She's a beaut, by the way. It's made me start a new frame for a clod that I built a frame for only a week ago...
