So I got this RC6GS transmitter and noticed that I can actually fit inside two of the Urgenex 2S 900mAh batteries that I have for a scx24 which I won't be using again anytime soon.

So my question, what's the best option to connect in this application ... Parallel or Series ? Amperage or Voltage ?

You want the same voltage, but with more capacity (mAh) so put the batteries in parallel. Putting them in series will double the voltage and your radio probably can't handle that.

cheers m8y (y) thought as much and yes, the radiolink can handle 4S voltage apparently (y)
Wow I have no idea why a radio would need 4S. I guess you could run the batteries in series then at the expense of runtime.

Not that it's what you were asking, but i use this battery in mine. Can't remember who recommended it, but its worked good so far.

I seen that but here it'll cost me $50+tax so yeah, not happening for a transmitter when I have four of these Urgenex that aren't being used so win-win for me. Just gets rid of the AA's for me so all good.
