Has anyone stumbled upon a protective roll-bar for the R1 to protect the optional 3-light array on top of the roof?

I just ended up mounting my upside down so it was taking up the "windshield" area. Not really scale looking, but at least it protects the aluminum light buckets from getting dinged up.

Just for the record, since I've been using my modded CR01 dog bones running a 35t motor on 3s I haven't had a single issue.
Pretty pleased with that. "thumbsup"

For Sale section? Might want to search there first. It's been a while since I've seen anything for R1 though, let alone an RTR since they are sold as kits.
You could also post in the Wanted section what you are looking for and see if anyone responds.

Google , rtr and kits available

ya...it seems like ARTR are the only things around at the moment... kinda sucks but... anywats thanks for the info and I'll keep an eye out...

Old question: But I sell/Trade mine. In parts now waiting to add upgrades I purchased, Digs, Aluminum mounts, Delrin skid etc...

The R1 never came as a RTR. If that is what you are looking for, you'll have to scour the classifieds for a used one that someone else has built up.

I know its slow over here, but I wanted to say thanks for all the info you guys have posted over the years. Im getting started on my own set of R1 axles soon and im going to rely heavily on what ive read here - thanks again guys!

Whats everyone do for 12mm wheel hex's ?? Cant find stock ones anywhere, and don't know pin size !! Wheres a good source for R1 parts in the US ??? :x
