Hi gang! So with the base camp builders kit on sale I grabbed one. Then the proline sale I grabbed a fj40 and a hobbywing 1800 se! I’ve always wanted a landcruiser but can’t afford one so I figured what the heck I’ll build a tiny one. Anyone try this body yet I haven’t seen to many pictures in the wild.

I like this body too. Post up a build thread when you start this build. I'd love to see the completed project with that body.

I like the new FJ40 body from proline It should look great on the builders kit and fun to make it your own. I have not seen many pictures of it done since its new but it has a lot of detail parts. It was a good deal through proline sales.

Well just finished the scx10ii iii builders kit minus electronics so I can start seeing how this body will fit. I am hoping it works with this chassis we shall see soon enough. On a side note the builders kit was really fun to put together and even though it sits high it may bode well with this fj40. I am envisioning a taller big ol tire mud/ rock beast landcruiser! I can always get shorter shocks later.

Rig looks great bro! Terrain looks fun where you’re at. I love the idea of the motor sound boxes. I just wish they could be adjusted to match the throttle better. That’s what has stopped me from buying one. Keep up the great work! Subbed to your channel

Cheers man. I appreciate it! I feel like I have to run the sync again but I think it matched pretty well to what I was doing with the throttle
