Sammy's to the FRONT! I got my body today, but I'm gonna have to build a mold of the hood before I end up with anything decent looking. I'm looking into what materials I can use that will be hard enough, but won't damage lexan.

Well right now I have everything in the garage... Chevys, Yotas, pajeros, defenders, fords, internationals, and geos to the front!

Maybe check Metal Masher's aluminum body thread, he's using some kind of material to pull molds off the styrene body that would probably be fine on lexan too.

Yeah I sent him a PM asking what he'd use to mold off of lexan. I definitely don't need to order that kit he got...although that looks like fun. I think I'm gonna go to Michael's and get some modeling clay that hardens and mold that on the inside of the lexan body...then I'll use some bondo or something similar to build a negative from that.

Well same here, unlike Sterling :flipoff: Its 4:19am... been working on his truck since 10pm...

I'm a Machinist not a body man and sure as hell not a electrician:flipoff::flipoff::flipoff::flipoff::flipoff::flipoff::flipoff::flipoff::flipoff::flipoff::flipoff::flipoff::flipoff::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted::afro::afro::afro::afro::afro::afro::afro::afro::afro::afro::afro::afro::afro::afro::afro::afro::badger::badger::badger::badger::badger::badger::badger::badger:
