project splash another scx6 newbright build

I got the shifter and locker servo installed and so now it shifts and the locker works
The servo fit just under the middle seat and hides great
I need to do some wireing and then I can bolt the body on

I still have a lot of work to do on it though the door latches don't work they need reinforcement too
I need to make the front bumper and skid plate and a driver I'll probably use aqua dork again

I know I'll have more little things but it runs drives and shifts so I guess for the most part the build is done

Anyway we all want to see so

Aqua riding hood still lives in the jimny I just wanted to know if a 12" or I should say 11.5 inch figure would fit and he did with room to spare
I'll probably get another aqua dork for the ranger though I will just get the fonz outfit
Leather jacket white T-shirt and jeans

Lol that would be sensational ! And an entertaining visualization as well 8)

Aqua Dork seemingly transforms when he gets clothed in a theme style ;-).

I got the bugs worked out enuff that it runs and drives I got a pack through it with out breaking anyway lol the servo isn't strong enuff but everything else seems good it will make a great trail truck the open front diff kills it's rock crawling abilities the rear locker helps but not a lot in the sand anyway
Other than the steering sucking it drives really good and handles good in high gear it does about 20mph not blindingly fast but good enuff for the trail
Over all I think it hit the mark I'm happy with it we will see how it holds up at the fire lol that's gonna be the first real run it won't be completely finished but hat
I hope I don't do to much body damage lol

the trans output broke about 5 min in to the first real run at proline by the fire it was one of the cheapo transmissions with the sloppy shaft and 48p gears so out with the junk and in with the hot newness
and while im in there im fixing some wiring issues anyway a few pics
