I was digging around this thread yesterday and ended up going to the
hardware store for materials a few hours later :mrgreen: doing a drop tail flatbed
I got the main structure done, I'll get some pics today
 
Well this is what I got so far, just need to pick the wheels now.
Pretty disappointed with my local hardware stores though!
I cannot find 78 of the same #4 screws I'm using, thats why theres black, brass and steel :shock: I hate dissimilar metals :mrgreen:

2nd EDIT: I decided to do leaf springs under it.
Been looking at the Tamiya King Hauler fenders from Garden Trucking, those are sweet!
$40 a pair tho:shock:

ooh, and I found matching screws for the deck!!! At Walmart of all places!! WTF
105 #4 phillips for $2.91 would've been like $8 bones at Home Depot

heres a lil trailer i built.
i wanted to build one out of parts that could be gathered at
your lhs.

hitec servo box
highlift wheels/tires
mounting tabs
hinge pins from traxxas rustler
small piece of styrene tubing
axial 3 link connector
delrin 3/16 rod
eye screw
washers/oring
spacer

i still have to paint the box,im thinkin ill probably go with
some roll on bedliner.
