Tech Factory Racing CF bed for a G-Shot setup. In my opinion the cleanest yet still lightweight cheater bed.

I have a creality halot, voron v0.2s1 and a voron trident 300. So of course I need a printer in between the v0 and trident that I can easily do multi color prints on

From left to right;

  • New Acebeam L19 V2: Anxious to try it out, just haven’t been anywhere to use it’s full potential. Mixed emotions on the two button setup, hate the small side switch, hate the UI, and I always hate non-lighted power buttons.
  • Wurkkos TS11: with FC11 tube. Love this thing so much, stupid throw in a pocket light, Anduril 2, aux lights and button light match and are swappable, what’s not to love? I love it more with the 18350 tube however.
  • Wurkkos TS10: Silver with orange aux. Been carrying it a bit, fixed aux color, but Anduril 2. I’m seeing me liking this one a lot. Now if they’ll just a gunmetal version.
  • Wurkkos FC11 with TS11 tube. Carried it today, Not bad, hate the UI, don’t mind the size, and did I menion I HATE non-lighted power switches? Magnetic tail cap is nice.

Picked up a Vendetta, myself...the lime green one (liked the blue one slightly better, but the green is definitely more visible). The price was too good to pass up. Will run it as a basher for a little while, while I start collecting upgrade parts to turn it into a speedrun car.

The price was shockingly good. I agree, the green is more visible. I used to paint my off-road buggies fluorescent green and yellow back in the day to make them stand out better against the dirt tracks.

I only chose the blue because a buddy of mine bought the green. He also bought the green/copper Infraction, so I picked up the "Patriotic" Infraction!

I started adding homemade mods to it last night in order to save the bodies from getting mangled right off the bat! Splitters are installed using a piece of Kydex.

Brian, as much as I want to start the upgrades on the Vendetta, they will have to be held off for now. For one thing, the parts I intend I'm using our currently out of my price range. And, for another thing, as can probably be said for almost every one of us on this forum, I have too many other unfinished projects needing my attention...especially 2 Rlaarlo AK-917s they are being built into two completely different speedrun cars.

Did you just completely forget to mention you picked up the Losi 450? Interesting, and curious about your experience vs. other RC motos. Espeically with counter-steering.

They say a picture is worth 1000 words. lmao

So far its been great. It handles similar to the DX450, aka some head shack coming out of a slow corner or a rough turn. but beyond that it handles WAY better. Still have to run it like a bike, not a 4wd or even 2wd rig. You need to plan to take your turn, slow down as you get into the corner take the turn and power out unless you have a berm you can burn through. Stopping takes a little bit. Front caliper piston is sticky, but its an easy fix. Take the piston out of the caliper and sand it down a little bit to create just a little room and the piston wont stick up and lock up the front wheel.

Jump faces need to be more of the rolling type dirt bike jumps opposed ot the lipped style offroad track buggy type jumps.

A think a 50cc kids MX track would be perfect.

But I'm really pleased with only 4 packs in so far. I can run it around my front yard track and keep it in the lanes for the most part so long as the few little jumps I have are landed well.

If you've ever rode 1:1 motorcycle, these act very much the same including the counter steering. You don't need to turn the wheel very much to get the bike to lean and start cutting. if you get the ass end loose, it will slide out and make the counter steering very notable.

SSD Contender wheels for the next build. I'll ditch the gold beadlock screws either for black or silver. These Toyos will be for another wheel though.

^^^ Those wheels are smokin' hot! Even with the zinc colored bolts... doesn't hurt the look a bit imo. I would though, go with silver as opposed to black. The black will take away from the clean 'pop' of that gorgeous copper color. Black will also break apart the sleek aesthetics overall. Silver bolts would definitely be my choice.

Finally my Deez Bands are headed my way. Was unaware of the lead time of 3 weeks. These will go on the G-Shot Hilux build.

Some new stuff from VP. I've been wanting the VP work bench mat for awhile now, so I pulled the trigger on it while the package deal is still on. The deal includes a free parts tray.

Also picked a spring kit and shock ends for my new favorite shocks. The Incision S8E shocks have grown on me recently and I have been swapping out shocks on a few of my rigs with these.

Thanks Dan for nice packed and speedy delivery!;-)
