Pics of your latest purchase

x2! At first I thought it was a typo but then again who misspells it like that?? Haha

Because I'm an idiot and can't read!:lmao: Not sure why my brain keeps telling me to put an "h" in the word!

I may have to get a chalkboard out and write this "Fusion, fusion, fusion..." until I get it right! Just like I did when I was a kid in school.

I had always thought there was a joke that I was not being let in on...

:lmao:

Whew!

Now I can rest easy!

No joke! I honestly never knew that I was typing it like that! Not really sure why I would even do that, but for some reason I was!

Thanks for pointing that out and, oh, I edited my original post so that Fushion is now Fusion!:ror:

Oh, GREAT - Now I look crazy for mentioning it!

(just kiddin'...)

Hers a couple of my latest purchases all in one.. I’ve got some more on the way.
Home Depot 8ft workbench to give myself and my old man a place to work on our junk. Also in the pic is a 3D printer twade984 hooked me up with. Been messing with that and printing a few free things off thingiverse.
Also in that pic is a moonbuggy chassis built by the one and only distinctive pd not sure what my plans are for that yet but I have some ideas. Also as much as I’d like to get some twistedfabco leafs, his waitlist is tough to get on if even at all. So when I saw this company ecto fab looking for some rd guys I jumped on it. They are running behind on their killer leafs so they whipped up these to beat on until then. I’ve got a bunch of a&m parts as well as some jec leaf mounts coming for my tf2

I like the looks of that workbench.

I've always wanted to try out Twistedfabco's products, but yeah, that waitlist looks long! I may have to look at Ecto Fab to see what they offer.

I just picked up pardonmynoobs FMS 1/12 H1 from the classifieds.

Decided to give the RedCat RDS Direct Drive steering rack a try on my 3Racing Sakura D5 clone. Trying to tigthen up the steering and gain a little more and more firm steering angle for deep slides. While there I seen they had the AXE bodies in clear on clearance for 13.77 I think it was, so I grabbed one up along with the Metal Grille for it. Original AXE body on the Gen8 is getting a lil worn and will need a new body at some point so for 14 for the body and 10 for the grille, I figured it was worth the pennies.

Getting ready to say "goodbye" to my Futaba 7PX (will be selling it, along with all Futaba receivers, and the case), and "hello" to its replacement - Radiolink RC8X. Stock control distance is (claimed to be) 600m...but, once a TBS Crossfire (not yet ordered) is plugged into the Tx's DSC port, it will have a control distance of several miles (don't know surface control distance, as they never measured...but, the aerial control distance was almost 45 miles...YES, forty-five).

Not really a purchase, but more like a trade. My dad is an ex-John Deere dealer and is now retired. He still dabbles in repairing lawnmowers and tractors in his home garage and selling some that he gets in on trades.

This JD X320 was sold to him for a very good price. He then offered it to me in trade for my smaller LX255 John Deere and two older 1970's JD 110's that I have in my garage. The 110's currently do not run, but did when I parked them. With a little wrenching they'll fire up and make nice tractors for somebody.

They finally arrived...the final 2 bodies in GL Racing's latest "Limited Edition" series. This series is (obviously) of the racing Audi R8s (the previous series was of the Porsche 911 GT3 cars).

Here's the first 2 bodies in this series.

I've got a bit of the Kobalt 24v stuff now. But a couple of weeks ago, I bought the hedge trimmers, which are excellent BTW. Today, I ran into some stuff that was just a bit big for those, so of course, off to Lowe's while the sale is still going on for the 12" chainsaw. It'll be all the saw I should ever need.

^^^ I switched from gas to electric a while back and I really like how much cleaner and quieter it is. I don't need more than electric these days. Bought a new 14" a couple months ago as my old 10" electric was finally going south ( switch, oil reservoir, tensioner) but I got a great deal of life out of it. Hope the new one will last as long. Nice one there ... and I'd prefer it over mine as you don't have to hassle with a cord.

Thanks! Yep, that's me. I don't heat with wood, nor have a fire pit so this is all I should ever need. Easy to throw in one of the rigs when we're out woods riding too.

I almost bought the 14" 40v model, but I already have more 24v stuff thus extra batteries.

Hey Kobalt, hot tip, take a page from Makita and rather than a 40v which requires a different battery pack, do a 48v that will take two of the already existing 24v packs.
