Re: Legal Body Panels Help Guide and Disscussion

I'm not trying to be harsh about it, but any sanctioning body has to realize that the public is what keeps them in power. Supporting vendors, competitors, and local crawling groups. This forum is where we all come to voice our opinions, so when the opinions are removed it doesn't give me a good feeling about how we are valued.

Just on the thread getting deleted. :ror: I'm a lot more open minded that you think, I may give my opinion and stand strong on it, but I do listen to the others and try a see it from their veiw.

Re: Legal Body Panels Help Guide and Disscussion

It was removed as a "rules committee matter", even though it was a petition from the public to the rules committee.

Evidently the "USRCCA" isn't interested in letting the public talk about the rules. The public that supports them.

Its not about listening or not listening...its about following the guide lines formed be they Rules Committee. The public is suppose to contact Rules Committee members so it can be addressed according to the procedure.

If that doesn't work for the public anymore we can do away with the committee, and just let the public vote on everything or better yet let individual clubs vote on what rules the like or don't like that way everyone is happy not just the majority.

I am interested in what the public has to say, but I am also interested in following the procedures we have built over the years and public polling is not how we have been doing it.

Maybe someone should start a poll to fire the rules committee and let the public make the rules.

I couldn't find the rules on how a committee member is suppost act, and didn't know we couldn't talk to others but the ones we represent.

As far as firing the rule committee, I'll save you the trouble.

I quit.

Alright guys I took some time to think this through, and I still believe the proper, peaceful, and professional way to handle things is through the Rules Committee. Some have suggested the Rules Committee needs tweaking, and it something that was already in the works before this issue came up. (Articzap, HARDKNOCKZ, and ROWDY RACING were submitted a week ago)

If you have suggestions about future Rule Committee additions feel free to contact me immediately.

To move unified body/bodiless measurements forward I am removing the 2x most controversial people in this discussion. Krawlfreak and myself will not participate in any part of what happens next on the subject.

If your one of the many people who would like to see this addressed in committee please contact any of the VOTING members listed below, and have them take the discussion form disscussion to proposal to vote.

After the vote I will present the results to the public for a review (1x week) and possible tweaks that maybe needed.
