One wheel spins freely

Have you even tore it apart yet?
If your not running the spool in the front then that's the problem.

It could be the little pin that goes through the axle right at the wheel. Take your wheel off and check the pin and the 12mm adapter to the wheel. Maybe something broke externally.

BINGO!! I was at the trail and forgot my hex key so I wasn't able to take out the wheels to check.

I lost the pin (wheels are pinmount). "thumbsup"
 
thanks I always seem to have troubles with those things falling out and losing them. i cut the motor shaft off an old mini-t motor to get me through the weekend one time. :lmao:
