Official Chesapeake, VA beach, Suffolk Trail Run Thread

I think I'm actually going to go to Sleepy Hole here in Suffolk this weekend. I haven't been out there in a long while.

Sleepy hole decent?

It doesn't take as long to cover it as say Nike Carrollton or Ipswich but I'd say it has more wheeling obstacles per scale mile than those two do, couple hills and lots of roots...plus a lil beach action complete with crabs (see below)

From elsewhere, a video from Sleepy Hole

Here is a link to the video from today's run. I will warn you the quality isn't there, camera takes poor video. If you can't suffer through the whole thing, I urge you to at least watch the last minute and a half (starts at 5:45) to see the clips of us failing. :ror:

Hey guys, I finally got moved up here. I'm living in Suffolk. You guys planning anything for this weekend? I look forward to meeting up with ya'll again.

Hey man good to hear you made it up. I'm unfortunately out for this weekend for sure and maybe the next too, my job has me in Europe right now. Boy what I would give to have my rig here right now. Anyways, I'll be itching to get out when I get back and will definitely post it up in here.

Cool. I leave on business to New York in 2 weeks. I will be up there for 3 weeks. I'll probably take my rig for good measure. Never know when you might find a spot to crawl, lol. We'll get together plenty. I'm here for at least 2 or 3 years, so plenty of time.
