There is nothing that says we can't go to Belle Isle instead...I'm down like a clown for Belle Isle, and I think it was my idea to go to Waller Mill this week :lmao:

I saw the cancellations a bit late, went to Waller Mill to realize everyone backed out. There is a LOT of walking with flat trails just to get to a few spots with decent root systems to drive on, A LOT. Even the most difficult section was pretty easy. Coming from Va BCH, it would have made more sense to go straight to Bells Island. I went to Ipswitch and had more fun...
And then there's the chiggers. I sprayed myself really well, and STILL got tore up from chiggers. I don't see myself going back to Waller. Not enough technicals to warrent feeding the wildlife...
