My Yeti XL ---- Bigger than I imagined!

I just picked up my Yeti XL that I preordered at my local hobby shop.
All I can say is WOW!
This thing is way bigger than I thought it would be. Looking at videos and pictures on the net does it no justice.
I have not run it yet but I did snap some quick comparison pictures.
Here it is compared to my regular Yeti and my EMAXX brushless edition.
The emaxx has trenchers on it and they are shorter than the Yeti XL tires.

How would you compare the Yeti XL vs the regular in terms of speed, handling, etc?

ok the yeti xl is way faster, I run mine on 4s it 40ish+ mph just guessing. speed limit on my road is 40, Im passing the cars. handling is real good for the size of it with no sway bar. sway bar will bring it to life.. I like both of them but the xl is priceless fun...

I have no clue. a friend of mine had an emaxx and has an xl now, he said the xl is way better..

The Yeti XL is easier and funner to drive. It is good on 4 and 5s. I have not run it on 6s yet. My emaxx will back flip in a heartbeat if I am not careful. I think I prefer the Yeti xl. They would probably be close to the same speed but my Emaxx has the Castle 1717 in it with 31 tooth pinion. So it is a little faster. The Yeti xl defiantly looks better and more scale than the Emaxx.

Mine came in yesterday and had a blast in the short time I was able to run it. Even after seeing all the pictures, I was still amazed how huge this thing was. Must say, I can't wait to toss in a sensored power system and lock up at least the rear. The fast is fun but cogging and open diffs will keep me off the rocks.
