my Gmade Bouncer

yeah that section is kinda like that. I am trying to score a sensored motor on ebay, I hear they are more controllable at real low speeds. Maybe I'll find out.

Don't know, would be worth a try. I wouldn't go with the John Deer green and yellor tones, but more so with a neon/flourescent yellow and green color tone. I think it would look pretty good with the black plastic sides.

Well, I have purchased a set of Wraith axles. I have also ordered everything needed to make the back axle steer. They're ship from A Main on monday so I hope I have time to get the parts in and put in the bouncer by thursday as I leave friday to do some real rockcrawling at Choccollocco ORV in Alabama and I would love to have these new axles in the thing. If not I will still run it with the SCX axles. Videos will be posted of some honest to goodness rock bouncing!!

So I got my wraith axles in and wow they are wide!! I like them! I also dug up an ancient set of clodbuster tires. With the 13mm wheel wideners they barely fit. But they fit! I drove it easy as these tires are huge and I leave out tomorrow for a ride and I didn't want to break anything being stupid.

I am not happy with the shocks mounted the way they are but they will get me through the weekend. Then I'll get them set like I want.

Enjoy

Yeah no kidding, it slides well so maybe soon ill do a cyclone to turtle video with them on it.

Update on a few specs:

Wraith axles

Team icon 17.5 sensored motor

Ok not a whole lot of video but here is some. I love the wraith axles! Also an interesting note about them, you can move the ring gear to either side of the pinion effectively reversing the rotation. Since I now have a sensored motor I couldn't just swap a wire and get reverse rotation like before, and since I don't have a castle link ( I have one on order now ) I couldn't reverse it there. So I moved the ring gear. I see a TON of scale talk, scale this and scale that but most ALL show torque twist in the wrong direction! Just like my creeper, just like the scx10's they are backwards. So now my twists correctly to scale. So, so far thats about the only thing scale about it....LOL

the 17.5T Icon motor isn't as fast as the Tazer 2800kv I had in there, but its more controllable and usable in both gears.

If I known you needed my castle link again, I would have brought it with me today.... Maybe I can pick it up before I go to court later....

and why are you posting from work??????

Oh... wait.... never mind.... I am at work too....

LOL I got one on the way. I also need to turn up the braking. The 17.5 needs more braking signal.

I have the sides off it now, seeing about getting the shocks where they need to be.
