Michigan Roll Call

well i had a great time today it was nice to get out and meet up with you guys,i posted the pics. over in the competitions section, it was a great day for crawling, we will get this thing rolling next spring. thanks gary. bam bam if it is nice out and i can get away i may go crawl with you i will let you know.;-)

It was enjoyable meeting everyone today and looking forward to when we can meet again. Hope the trucks don't break next time as broke 2 axels, part #BG5 and BG6, not sure which one so need 2 of each for a tlt if anyone might have one and will put a gear reduction on the e-max. Wasn't geared low enough. Have lots of pictures that turned out good and watching the young kids drive these trucks was worth being there today. As far as trucks go, I think Shrek still would of had the best runs even with his hands behind his back, driving blind folded. Nice trucks, and driving. Me, I was last in both classes. Lots of work to do. Jerry

Good morning Shrek. Are you or do you have any more of those chassis for a clod you have made? Going to need sometjing for the clod I have coming in so I can set it up. Also found the e-maxx slipper clutch last night was loose so tightened it up. Maby the maxx will work out. Take care, Jerry

So where were you guys at, was it the meijers on 59 near alpine?

I cant hardly wait until next spring when I have my crawler ready then I'll need to learn how to drive it (UGH).

I was helping my sister move last weekend and noticed all the various rocks she had up against her fence to keep her dog in.I think she would let me take as many as I want for my own little backyard practice area.I figure two maybe three trips with my trailer should do it.

that's all I did for my rock garden, drove to various construction sites where they pile up the rocks after grading and threw them in the truck.

They had rocks down by the bridge by doing construction, ask the guy if I could yake a couple and ended up with maybe a quarter to half a ton of rocks I'm guessing.
