I was wondering this event wasopen to anyone? Even those from out of the country. Visiting my girlfriend in grand forks this weekend but she ended up having to work sunday. I figure an hour or so drive, some rc fun and the drive back should be more than fill my free time that day. Plus I can see how green I really am as it would be my first event. Heck first time driving with others at all.

If you don't mind a new face would it be possible to please get more detailed information on the location unless there is only one obvious place it could be in the park.

Thanks

I'm not high ranking in the RC group around here, but I'm sure everyone agrees "the more the merrier!". Weather is looking like on/off rain, so bring some rain gear and don't mind getting wet. If you want official comment from the organizers I suggest posting up on facebook, where most of the organization is based.

I think that link will work, if not try looking for the event "NDRCRC Round 3" on Facebook. If you still can't find it, just show up! Good times had by all.

As far as location, I've never been. All I know is "Rendezvous Park in Fargo, ND". Seems like there is a small water fall on the creek/pond, we'll be crawling there. Be there at 10AM for vehicle tech. Driving starts around 11.

And no problems being fairly new to comping/grouping. You'll learn a ton and have even more fun. This will only be my 2nd event. 1st one was an absolute blast.

Thanks for the information. I'm not on the facebook but if the weather doesn't look like complete downpour, I'll have to come out.
