I found a great crawling course with what used to be where my parents old chimney was.
Truck is stock except for reversed trans/motor, no springs, DDT 90T motor.
Zippy 2S Lipos and aluminum spur and trans case.

Got most of my mods done on Friday.
Danally wide wheel mod, MiClaws (not yet glued, but doesnt look like they need to be) no weight in the wheels, may do some BB's later.
Extended wheelbase 1cm on all links, extended drive shafts with 2.2CM 9/32" tube. Threw in the HS-65MG servoe, took a little sanding of the servo mounts to widen the space between them a hair.
Made shock mounts that mount inboard and lay the shocks down more out of the battery tray and some thin aluminum sheet from the aircraft bench stock while I was on duty this weekend.
I'm super stoked on the results.
180° FLEX!! Im going to post a thread shortly with more pictures.

Well I am kinda new here....was checking the trail-trekkers out and had to get one....well after waiting a week for the local hobby shop to get them in i finally got one!!(i was so anxious that i went on lunch and they just got their shipment in, so the box still has the "tear this off before displaying" part) first and only mod so far was takin off the stickers....much more to come hopefully..."thumbsup"

did a couple mods to mine recently....mocked up the cab for the new body(unpainted still), trans flip, figuring out how to mount the receiver under the hood currently while the hood and interior is being finished.....what yall think?

also did some crawling at a park by my work on lunch before i tore it apart, cant wait to take it back there and test her out!....heres a few pics...."thumbsup"

Axle skid plates & shaving.
Springs to pull axles & frame together

Did the bic test but its on carpet not bad flex though.

Only prob is hanging up on lil screws on bottom of axles & need to find happy medium to the frame flexing off the suspension causing flipping backwards or indoing forward. Going to mess w ride height spring rate, & limiter springs that pull everything back when flexing gets crazy. All While keeping good ground clearance. So just some more tuning but as far as bolt ons i'm finished w my build.
